KSA Scholarships 2022-23

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم 

 The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students to study at the Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and PhD levels in the Kingdom. Both students residing in Pakistan and legal residents of the country can apply for these scholarships.

KSA Scholarships application procedure: 

Students must apply on the relevant Saudi University website / online portal.

Each university has its own qualification criteria and application deadlines.  Students need to consult the website for each discipline / course / university qualification standard.

KSA Scholarships are offered at the level of Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and PhD.

These scholarships are offered for almost all disciplines, politics, law, education, administration, economics, engineering, computer science, agriculture, Arabic / Islamic sciences, and media science.

KSA Scholarships are offered by 25 universities in the country as listed below.

Each university is authorized to admit only 5% of international students except Princess Noor bint Abdul Rahman University for Girls, Riyadh and Jamia Islamia Madinah. For girls, Princess Noor Bint Abdul Rehman University, Riyadh, admits 8%, while Jamia Islamia Madinah Munawara admits 85% of the total seats on scholarships.

The university will send the application to the Saudi Ministry of Education, which decides the final award of KSA Scholarships to eligible applicants.

Applicants should contact the Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia and the relevant university to share a copy of the submitted application on the official email of the Pakistani Embassy, ​​Riyadh Pahrepriyad@mofa.gov.pk.

Qualification criteria for KSA Scholarship: 

Applicant must be from Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

75% of students will be given scholarships from Pakistan. While 25% scholarships will be given to Pakistani students living in the country.

Both men and women can apply for these benefits.

Applicants must be between 17 and 25 years of age for a bachelor's program, less than 30 years for a master's program and less than 35 for a PhD program on the last date of the relevant university's application portal.

Selected applicants will join the relevant program in Saudi Arabia in September / October each year.

The applicant should not have any other scholarship at the time of receiving the Saudi scholarship.

The applicant must have no criminal record.

The applicant should not be suspended from any educational institution on disciplinary or any other valid basis.

Relevant KSA university or any other requirement set by the KSA government.

KSA Scholarships benefits:

• KSA Scholarship covers free accommodation.
• 03 months allowance for married scholars on arrival at KSA.
• Return air ticket.
• Free medical care for students and their families if they are married. 
• 3 months graduation allowance for delivery of books.
• Subsidized food on campus.
• Sports and recreational activities on campus, dependency support and travel expenses.
• Monthly Allowance, Monthly Allowance 900 Saudi Riyals (SR) will be given to Science students and 850 SR will be given to Humanities students.
